Annual Cornerstone Dinner

These days, we often hear about constant change happening at an unprecedented pace. This includes an increasingly polarized political reality, wars and geopolitical conflict, concerns over our impact on the environment, and adaptation to a new frontier for digital technology. As we confront these changes, we are left searching for the strength and confidence to do what is right, and for hope to carry on. To our great benefit, some things have never changed. These unchanging things can empower us as we navigate change – at a personal, community, and global level. The event will revolve around this topic with guest speakers (representing the fields of politics and business) sharing personal reflections on how their Christian faith helps them navigate today’s challenges.

The annual Cornerstone Dinner is an event for young professionals who are pursuing a career aimed at positively contributing to society in and through their sphere of work. It focuses upon the leadership principles of Jesus Christ and their modern-day application. It is organised by the Cornerstone Network of Young Professionals. Cornerstone is an informal network of friends that organises networking events in the Brussels area aiming to bring together young professionals who want to live out the principles of Jesus in their daily lives. The goal of the dinner is to encourage the participants in their faith and work and to facilitate networking among them.

Program of the event:

20:00 – official welcome

20:15 – dinner

20:30 – reflections by guest speakers (15 min each, with breaks)
