Gonçalo da Câmara Pereira, born on May 15, 1952 in Lisbon, has a degree in Agricultural Sciences and has been a soldier during the colonial war in Angola where he was a part of the decolonization. He is the founder and chairman of the People's Monarchist Party, served as Councilman of the Municipality of Arronches between 2005- 2009 and was municipal representative in the Lisbon Council from 2009-2013.
The People's Monarchist Party is focused on the environment and climate change, is fighting for a Europe of Nations against Federalism, for cultural diversity and the preservation of the Christian origins of Europe. The party is fighting for the defense of family values and the protection of various groups and nations that constitute a strong Europe.
