You are all warmly invited to join us for our conference and ECPM’s 12th General Assembly. Both events are due to take place on Saturday June 11th in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and have a promising agenda.
On Saturday morning, the General Assembly will start at 9:00 am. All our members will have the chance to discuss upcoming plans and vote for resolutions. At 12:30 pm all participants have the possibility to join us for a lunch, which will be followed by the start of the conference.
The topic of the conference is “Crossing the border: Giving direction to the refugee debate in a divided Europe”. This conference will focus on the Christian political response to the refugee crisis that is now taking place in Europe. Apart from the Christian political perspective, this conference will also address the challenges related to the role of the European Union in respecting the principles of human dignity, justice and subsidiarity.
The speeches and panel discussions will feature both Members of the European Parliament and national Members of Parliament. Furthermore, scientific researchers from SGP and CPFE will join us to share their expert opinion on the topic. We want to invite you to partake in the discussions as well – so register now and join us in Rotterdam!
